Care Instructions

Tools needed: toothbrush, soft towel, sponge, & soap.

Wet your sponge in a bowl of warm water and soap, gently rub all dirty areas of boot, then dry with towel.

Clean the sole with toothbrush and soap and water. Brush vigorously until dirt is removed, then towel dry!

Our Return Policy
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our shoes, and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to navigate a request for a return fairly and reasonably. We apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased.

Need to make a return?
You must request a return within four days of receipt of the shoes.

If you are processing your first return, we will happily cover the shipping cost. Once we receive the item(s), we reserve the right to inspect the shoes to ensure they weren't worn and then process a refund. All items for exchange or Refunds must be returned in "New" Condition without any signs of wear or alterations. Shipping will not be covered on subsequent returns.

Customer is responsible for all Shipping costs on Returns and Exchanges. No refunds for shipping.

Orders returned to sender for: Undeliverable address, failure to pick up, failing to pay for custums duties and taxes, or rejected without authorization. must pay shipping cost to have the order resent to buyer.

Email us at contact@urbnkicks.com or urbnkicks1@gmail.com with your order number and let us know you would like to return your item(s). Please specify which item(s) from your order if you ordered more than one pair of shoes.

Returns are processed in 10-14 business days and refunds can be expected 5-7 business days after processing.
