Our Return Policy
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our shoes, and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to navigate a request for a return fairly and reasonably. We apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased.

Need to make a return?
You must request a return within four days of receipt of the shoes.

If you are processing your first return, we will happily cover the shipping cost. Once we receive the item(s), we reserve the right to inspect the shoes to ensure they weren't worn and then process a refund. All items for exchange or Refunds must be returned in "New" Condition without any signs of wear or alterations. Shipping will not be covered on subsequent returns.

All items returned for a refund will incure a 15% Re-Stocking Fee.

Items returned for exchange, size, or found defective upon inspection, will not be charged Re-Stocking Fee.

Customer is responsible for all Shipping costs on Returns and Exchanges. No refunds for shipping.

Orders returned to sender for: Undeliverable address, failure to pick up, failing to pay for customs duties and taxes, or rejected without authorization. must pay shipping cost to have the order resent to buyer.

Returns are processed in 10-14 business days and refunds can be expected 5-7 business days after processing.
