Returns & Exchanges

Our Return Policy

We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our shoes and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to navigate a request for a return fairly and reasonably. We apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased.
A restock fee may apply on some returns.


Need to make a return?

You must request a return within four days of receipt of the shoes.

Once we receive the item(s), we reserve the right to inspect the shoes to ensure they weren’t worn and then process a refund. All items for exchange or refunds must be returned in new condition, without any signs of wear or alterations.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges. No refunds for shipping.

Orders returned to sender for undeliverable address, failure to pick up, failure to pay customs duties and taxes, or rejection without authorization must pay the shipping cost to have the order resent to the buyer.

Final Sale Policy

Please note that all items marked as Final Sale are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Due to the deeply discounted pricing of these products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue store credit for any Final Sale purchases. We kindly encourage customers to review product details, sizing information, and images carefully before completing their order.

Email us at contact@urbnkicks.com or urbnkicks1@gmail.com with your order number and let us know you would like to return or exchange your item(s). Please specify which item(s) from your order if you ordered more than one pair of shoes.

Returns are processed within 10–14 business days, and refunds can be expected 5–7 business days after processing.
