Our Return Policy
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis with the ultimate goal of making our customers happy. We stand behind our shoes and want customers to be satisfied with them. We’ll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to navigate a request for a return fairly and reasonably. We apply refunds to the tender with which returned items were purchased.
Need to make a return?
You must request a return within four days of receipt of the shoes.
Once a return label has been issued, the customer has seven days to ship the item back.
Returns shipped after this period will not be accepted, and the return request will be automatically canceled.
The return must be scanned by the carrier within this timeframe to be considered valid
Once we receive the item(s), we reserve the right to inspect the shoes to ensure they weren’t worn and then process a refund. All items for exchange or refunds must be returned in new condition, without any signs of wear or alterations.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs on returns and exchanges. No refunds for shipping. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to eligible returns.
Orders returned to sender for undeliverable address, failure to pick up, failure to pay customs duties and taxes, or rejection without authorization must pay the shipping cost to have the order resent to the buyer.
